Anjushree Ujjain reserves the right to charge an additional fee for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.
All adult guests staying at Anjushree Ujjain are required to provide a valid government issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID) at check-in.
Anjushree Ujjain reserves the right to deny check-in if valid ID is not produced.
At Anjushree Ujjain we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have a clear cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: Until 48 hours before scheduled check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to check-in, you will be charged 100% of your entire booking cost.
No-Show: In case of no show, Anjushree Ujjain will charge full booking amount with no refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Any request for modification or cancellation must be made in writing by email or phone call to Anjushree Ujjain.
Anjushree Ujjain accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking through secure payment gateways.
All prices shown on the Anjushree Ujjain website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Anjushree Ujjain is GSTIN registered as 23AAMCS4408H1ZE.
Anjushree Ujjain provides a valid GST invoice on request for all the bookings.
Anjushree Ujjain shall not be responsible for any bank or transaction charges for the customer’s end in case of failure of payment.
Anjushree Ujjain asks that all guests follow the guidelines listed below to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all guests:
Guests should maintain a respectful attitude towards staff, other guests and the property of Anjushree Ujjain.
Smoking is prohibited in all non-smoking rooms and in the common areas of Anjushree Ujjain. Violation may result in a cleaning charge.
Anjushree Ujjain does not permit pets unless expressly agreed in writing before arrival.
No parties, loud music or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the premises of Anjushree Ujjain.
During the stay, the guest will be responsible for any damage to the property or belongings of Anjushree Ujjain and will be charged for the same.
Anjushree Ujjain shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the guests or their personal property except caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Anjushree Ujjain reserves the right to refuse service or expel guests who violate these terms without refunds.
Anjushree Ujjain reserves the right to change or cancel bookings in case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control like natural calamities, government orders, medical emergencies etc. Where such is the case we will offer you a full refund or reschedule your stay at Anjushree Ujjain.
Anjushree Ujjain shall not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused due to delay in travel, transport or any other external factor.
Your personal data will be processed and collected according to our Privacy Policy. Accessing the Anjushree Ujjain website constitutes your agreement to such processing.
All your personal and payment information is kept confidential and secure by Anjushree Ujjain.
